Resize and reorder original cards

Fixture P02: the original component below. Steps are a procedure, not completed test results.

1. Reload: read Atlas, Beacon, Cove in document order. Tab to Narrow layout and activate; after600ms record one-column geometry, width, focus and transforms. Activate again and compare two-column geometry.
2. Activate Move first card to end; check document order B,C,A and settled transforms. Tab to a card button and activate; verify the same button receives focus after its card moves.
3. Activate Narrow layout twice rapidly before500ms finishes; verify final geometry matches the final pressed state. Use read-only getAnimations() to record whether an intermediate animation exists; do not infer frame rate.
4. Start a change and press Escape; repeat with Stop motion. Record no remaining active animation and correct final layout. Real reduced-motion preference and a browser lacking animate() remain untested unless separately run.
